  Scriptolutions is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Scriptolutions collects information from our users and site visitors at several different points.
• Placing an Order
  We request information from you on our order form. Here you must provide contact information (like name and billing address) . This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We use ShareIT as a registration service to handle the financial transaction, the entered financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) is used and stored by ShareIT and not provided to us.   We save your contact information for our customer records, and add your email address to our newsletter list so that you are notified of news and software updates. You have the option to opt-out of the announcement list using the form on our web site. To unsubscribe latter, follow the directions at the bottom of each mailing.
• Customer Support
  In order to receive customer support, you must complete the customer support form. During this process you are required to give your contact information (such as name and email address). This information is only used to contact you about the customer support issue. The contact information is not added to our contact list or mailing list unless specifically requested.

  If you use our public support forum and/or bugtracking system, your choosen user name and every information in your posting/issue report is visible for any other person. We store your password as a MD5 hash code in our database. We also store your email address. This address will only used when you request a new password.
